20 Box Jumps on 24" Box
10 Dead Lift (BW) - or less if necessary
Repeat three times through for time

Rest 2:00 minutes

30 Alternating Swing Snatch
20 Squat Ball Throw at 10 foot high-wall target
Repeat three times through for time
