ADVANCED POWER ENDURANCE WORKOUT: Odd
Split Squats 1/3 BW on back
Push Ups on Paralettes (KB or DB will work as a substitute)
One Handed alternating KB Swings, 12+ Kg (switch at top of swing)

Repetition Count: 15, 13, 11, 9, 7
