ADVANCED STRENGTH WORKOUT: Practice Day

Olympic Lifts - Pick a weight you can use for all of the following:

Deadlift
Front Squat
Back Squat
Clean and Jerk
Snatch

2 rounds of 10 reps on each exercise; form should be as close to perfect as possible. Rest as necessary!
