Windshield Wipers, with leg lower in the center

This workout should be done with a 14, 12, 10, 8 repitition count. Row each time through for a total of 2000m.

So the workout would look like:

14 Pull Ups
14 Windshield Wipers

500m Row
12 Renegade Man Makers

12 Pull Ups
12 Windshield Wipers

etc.
