Women's Workouts: Grrrr!

Grrrr!
Really this shouldn't need explanation. Bear down, dig deep and go hard. Do not give up or give in!

So here's where I get to rant (some more). I can't tell you how many women have said to me "How do you know how to push me to my absolute limit?" Not over, but right to the brink.  The answer isn't that I know "how", I just believe more strongly in them than they do.  I am opening the door for them to see their own potential. Women who have trained with me have learned new limits and developed an ability to push their own limits with out me. Everything adds up to perspective: the harder you go, the easier it becomes.  If you want to feel the satisfaction of the accomplishment, you must earn it.
