ADVANCED ENDURANCE WORKOUT: 100 Club
The 100 Club, this should be done for time!

100 Pull-ups
100 Sit-ups
100 Push-ups
100 Squats

Notes: Most people cannot do these 100 in a row. Break it down into groups you can manage and manage quickly. Lots of people do 10 sets of 10, non-stop until completion. Assistance on the pull-ups is often necessary.
