ADVANCED ENDURANCE WORKOUT: Burn
Burn: Total quad burner! Great ski workout, this should be done three times through for time.

20 Box Jumps (18 or 24 inch box)
20 Split Squats
20 Wide Squats
20 Narrow Squats
20 Step Up Over and Back (18 or 24 inch box)

Notes: Weight should be added for all squats. For split squats weight should be on the back; for wide squats weight in front rack position; for narrow squats weight should be held at sides
