Notes: Yes, do as many pull ups as you can until failure, then immediately do the push ups to failure and then body weight dead lifts. Body weight dead lifts are exactly what it sounds like: you should DL your body weight. If you can't, you should begin with a minimum of 135lbs, that's the universal bar plus a 45lb plate per side.
