NOTE: All workouts should be done after a proper warm-up.

ADVANCED STRENGTH WORKOUT: FOURS
Fours: 4 Pull, 4 Push, 4 Core
Max set of reps each time with no loss of form, when form is compromised you are done and should move on to next exercise!

1 set KB High Pull (no more than 20 reps choose a weight)
1 set Ring Push ups
1 set Front Levers on fixed pull up bar or rings
1 set Ring Pull Ups
1 set Ring Dips
1 set Get up Sit Ups (heavy so you fail at 10 or less, anchor your feet)
1 set Half Iron Cross Pull up
1 set Over Head Press (heavy so you fail at 10 or less)
1 set L-seat pull ups
1 set One Arm Horizontal Pull Up
1 set Walking Push Ups
1 set Knees to Elbows
