The Sots Press is extremely demanding requiring not only strength, but flexibility to maintain form.

10 Sots Press
10 Split Squats
10 Cousins

4 times through for time.

Mark assumes the position for the Sots press; from here he will press one KB over head, lower and repeat opposite side while maintaining the deep squat.
