BASIC ENDURANCE WORKOUT : TBS
TBS: Those Burpees Suck

Complete 30 floors on the Stepmill
Complete 15 Burpees
Complete 20 floors on the Stepmill
Complete 10 Burpees
Complete 10 floors on the Stepmill
Complete 5 Burpees

Notes: Stepmill should be done quickly, figure out what pace you can maintain during your warm-up.

MP getting good height and extension doing Burpee; in fact nothing makes him happier than a workout with Burpees (unless of course they are Flying Burpees).
