NOTE: All workouts should be done after a proper warm-up.

BASIC ENDURANCE WORKOUT : 240
Circuit the two exercises together for 120 reps with as little rest as possible between sets; then circuit the next two exercises together for the full 120 reps again with as little rest as possible. Total 240 reps.

20 Squats + 20 Lunges X 3

20 Cleans (or Curls) and OH Press Combo
+ 20 Olympic Bar Swing X 3

Squats and lunges can be done with just body weight, if this is too easy add KB or DB to your hands. Lunges should be done forward and backward; 10 forward and 10 backward for a total of 20. They can be done in place if necessary. For Clean and OH Press Kettle Bells work best, if you do not have access to KBs then use Dumbbells and curl the DB, then complete OH press.
