NOTE: All workouts should be done after a proper warm-up.

BASIC STRENGTH WORKOUT: The PPSL
Complete 10 pull ups, 10 push ups, 15 sit ups, 20 walking lunges, then the row (if you choose to add it); repeat the entire process 4 times with as little rest as possible.

10 pull ups
10 push ups
15 situps
20 walking lunges,  10 forward and 10 backward
Extra fun add 500m Row

Notes: push-ups can be done on toes or knees, pull-ups are body weight or assisted, lunges can be done with a dumbbell or kettle bell in both hands to add weight if desired.
