ADVANCED ENDURANCE WORKOUT: Mud Honey

Team Workout:

Airdyne for 50 calories + Ball Slams (18 lb medicine ball)
X 4

Alternate between Airdyne and Ball Slams with your partner (without rest), repeat each four times.

Notes: If you don't have a Team Mate to do this with, each Ball Slam round should take approximately 3:00 minutes.
