ADVANCED POWER ENDURANCE WORKOUT: Public Enemy

40 Lunge Kick with 1/3 BW in Front Rack position, alternate legs
30 Olympic Bar Sit-Ups, hold olympic bar in both hands
20 Push-Ups on Rings, toes on 18" box
10 Pull-Ups on Rings

Repeat 3 times
