
Okay, here goes...
Yes, I am a woman and yes, I train a lot of women. Personally I believe most women are more inspired by other women. I also train men and I can tell you I expect no less from either. To train an individual is just that, training the individual. Men and women have physiological differences that must be accounted for in their training, some are gender specific, some are NOT. I encourage women to NOT limit themselves, every women I train has done the workouts I prescribe. The modifications come in weight used, assistance required, and frequency of type of workout only.
I expect you all to attempt the workouts I have prescribed in Basic and Advanced workouts. What you really need is the willingness, the tools and the perspective. The tools you need are to understand how to build strength and technique. The perspective is to not avoid that which you cannot do now, and to realize that everyone has to do the hard work to get what they want...there are no excuses.
