
This page is a resource for basic workouts. If you want some new ideas to mix it up, you are fairly new to training,
or really need to begin to train different physical capacities of your body. The workouts are categorized based on the style of workout, you do not need to understand fully the concepts of training in each of these physiological systems to benefit from them, ideally you should mix in all of them.
NOTE: All workouts should be done after a proper warm-up.
